What is Recover NOW!?
Recover NOW! is a community-based program designed to support People With Lived or Living Experience (PWLLE), as well as individuals and families impacted by Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and other high-risk factors.
Our Comprehensive Case Managers work closely with participants for 3–6 months to:
· Navigate the complex landscape of care providers
· Develop personalized service plans
· Build strong connections with community agencies
· Provide intensive, wraparound support
Mission Statement
To provide Comprehensive Case Management, delivered by bilingual/bicultural staff with lived experience in substance use disorder (SUD), to individuals and families in Springfield impacted by OUD and other high-risk factors.
We aim to:

Eligibility
Recover NOW! is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Reside in the City of Springfield
-
Are impacted by Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
-
Identify as People With Lived or Living Experience (PWLLE)
-
Face multiple high-risk factors (e.g., housing instability, unemployment, justice involvement, etc.)
-
Have unmet health-related social needs
-
Are seeking support with recovery, treatment access, and service navigation
