Eligibility: Applicants must be between the

ages of 18 - 24 years old and meet the HUD homeless eligibility requirement.

Our newest location is a 2-unit, 4-bedroom program that provides the same services. This specialized program is designed to support young adults aged 18-22 who are transitioning out of DCF youth services. Please Note: Referrals to this location is exclusively made through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
